The 14th Dalai Lama arrived back at his residence in McLeodganj on Friday morning, concluding an extended visit of more than two months in Ladakh during which he led public teachings, prayer ceremonies and celebrations marking his recent birthday.

The spiritual leader landed at Kangra Airport, Gaggal, where senior Tibetan Administration figures and community representatives received him.
