National Sangh meet to be held at Gudilova, Visakhapatnam
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) will convene its annual three-day All India Coordination Meeting in Visakhapatnam from August 19 to 21, organisers said on Tuesday. The Akhil Bharatiya Samanvay Baithak will be held at Gudilova and is expected to draw representatives from 32 Sangh-linked organisations across India, Akhila Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh Sunil Ambekar said.
Ambekar said the meeting will be held in the presence of RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat and Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale. He added that selected office-bearers of the participating organisations, including their chiefs, general secretaries and sangathan mantris, would attend.
"The meeting will be held in the presence of Sarsanghchalak ji (Mohan Bhagwat) and Respected Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale ji. A wide range of subjects and issues will be discussed," Ambekar said.
Agenda, participation and stated objectives
According to the RSS announcement, the participating bodies have been active in social life for several years and work on public-awareness initiatives and reforms. The coordination meeting is intended to provide a platform for these organisations to share information on activities, present observations and suggestions on public issues, and strengthen mutual coordination.
Organisers said the meeting will focus on cooperation among Sangh-affiliated bodies and improving dialogue on matters of public welfare and policy. Several issues concerning the current social situation are expected to be discussed; the RSS has specifically highlighted population imbalance and de-addiction among topics likely to be raised.

Local implications and expected outcomes
The annual meeting typically serves both organisational and policy-discussion purposes: besides sharing details of social programmes, participating groups use the forum to coordinate activities and present recommendations on matters they consider of public concern. The RSS has framed the gathering as a space to discuss societal challenges and to enhance cooperation among affiliated bodies.
Organisers have not released a full agenda or a public list of speakers beyond the leaders named by Ambekar. The meeting's emphasis on public welfare and policy dialogue suggests potential follow-up activity by participating organisations, but specific initiatives or public announcements have not been disclosed.

The RSS described the meeting as an annual event that brings together senior functionaries from affiliated organisations "to discuss a wide range of subjects and issues", in Ambekar's words. How the deliberations translate into concrete proposals or local programmes in Visakhapatnam will depend on announcements at or after the conclave.
Local authorities and civic agencies in Visakhapatnam may need to coordinate logistics and security arrangements for the three-day event, given the attendance of national leaders and representatives from across the country. The RSS has so far provided limited public detail beyond the broad themes and leader-level participation that it disclosed through Ambekar and its announcements.
