Branded hotel to strengthen Panipat's hospitality offering
TDI Infratech has announced plans to develop a Ramada by Wyndham hotel within its TDI Connaught Estate in Panipat, with an estimated investment of ₹75 crore. The company said the property will feature 53 rooms and is slated to open in the second quarter of 2028.
The project is a partnership between TDI Infratech and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, aimed at adding a branded hospitality option to the mixed‑use development. TDI Connaught Estate already includes commercial and retail components, and the addition of a hotel is intended to serve business travellers, transit guests and small events, the companies said.
