Crash near Lal Ji Hospital kills two; driver arrested
Two men, including a contractual employee of the Enforcement Directorate (ED), were killed after a speeding car struck their motorcycle late on Thursday night in Gurugram’s Sector 12 area, police said on Friday. The deceased were identified as Rohit Kumar, 26, and Abhishek Kumar, 27. Rohit was from Jadra village in Rewari district and had been working as a contractual data-entry operator at the ED’s zonal office in Gurugram for the past two years. He lived in rented accommodation in Mianwali Colony. Abhishek was from Rewari Khera village in Bhiwani district and worked with a property dealer; he rented a house in Mahavir Nagar. Police said the two were friends.
