Crash at busy Woodstock intersection leaves one vehicle overturned; no serious injuries reported
A late-morning call to Woodstock Fire/Rescue District ended with two damaged vehicles — including a Woodstock Police Department squad car — and no one taken to hospital after a two-vehicle collision at North Madison Street and East Greenwood Avenue on Friday.
Fire/rescue crews were dispatched shortly before 1 p.m., Woodstock Fire/Rescue District spokesman Alex Vucha said. When firefighters and paramedics arrived they found a passenger vehicle resting on its roof and a police squad car with front-end damage. Both drivers had already exited their vehicles.

Paramedics evaluated the adult female driver of the overturned vehicle at the scene, but she declined further treatment and transport to hospital, Vucha said. The Woodstock officer involved also declined medical evaluation.
