Riverside Entertainment has signed director Aly Migliori for exclusive representation in the United States, the Nashville- and Los Angeles–based production and development company announced Monday.
From cinematography to commercials and films
Migliori, whose background includes cinematography, has built a portfolio that spans branded campaigns and narrative shorts, and is currently developing her first feature, titled Pathways. Riverside’s executives described her work as cinematic and emotionally anchored, a combination they say suits both commercial briefs and festival-driven storytelling.
Riverside Co-Founder Jeff Molyneaux said the company aims to foster creators who can move between formats. The company, founded by Molyneaux, Brian Loschiavo and Pastor Alvarado, maintains offices in Nashville, New York and Los Angeles and bills itself as an award-winning production and development studio.
“Riverside has built a company that champions not just great work, but the people making it,” Migliori said. “That philosophy shows up in everything they do. I’m excited to be a part of what’s next.”
Commercial credits and festival presence
Migliori’s reel includes commercial projects for brands such as Lovesac, Valspar, Chase and Novartis, and her narrative films have screened at more than 25 festivals worldwide, including Tribeca. Riverside highlighted a recent campaign Migliori directed for Marriott in collaboration with Dick Clark Productions that featured influencer TheCooneyShow and Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles. The campaign, the company said, leaned into a lifestyle moment rather than a conventional advertisement.
- Commercial clients: Lovesac, Valspar, Chase, Novartis, Marriott
- Festival presence: More than 25 festivals, including Tribeca
- Current project: Debut feature, Pathways (in development)
Riverside Executive Producer Katie Maguire praised Migliori’s creative approach and collaborative energy, saying she brings a “thoughtful point of view” and the ability to translate emotional storytelling into effective branded work.
How the hire fits Riverside’s strategy
The addition underscores Riverside’s continued investment in directors who can navigate the converging worlds of advertising and long-form storytelling. In an era when brands increasingly pursue narrative authenticity and creators pursue commercial sustainability, companies like Riverside position themselves as bridges between the two.
Riverside’s co-founder remarks reaffirm that orientation: the company said it intends to support Migliori across both commercial and narrative assignments, signaling opportunities for brand campaigns as well as festival and film development pipelines.

Riverside’s signing may also reflect industry demand for filmmakers who can craft campaigns that feel grounded and cinematic rather than purely promotional. As brands pursue creators who can deliver authenticity and performance, representation deals like this can accelerate a director’s access to higher-profile assignments and larger production resources.
For Migliori, the move offers a company infrastructure that emphasizes both creative development and commercial output. Riverside stressed that it seeks to be a place where directors can thrive across disciplines, backing that claim with an executive team that highlighted the director’s versatility and work ethic.
The agreement places Migliori among a roster of commercial and narrative directors who are increasingly central to how brands tell stories in an attention-driven media environment, and positions her to expand both her client list and her festival track record as she advances toward her feature debut.
