Doncaster Rovers have announced the permanent signing of goalkeeper Josh Clarke from Partick Thistle for an undisclosed fee, the club confirmed on Sunday. The move, which completes an earlier loan arrangement, makes Clarke the club's seventh signing of the summer window and adds to a burgeoning group of young goalkeepers at the Keepmoat Stadium.

While at Celtic Clarke featured in the club's reserve set-up, making 39 appearances for the B side and gaining minutes in the lower tiers of Scottish football. He also spent time out on loan at Ayr United and Airdrieonians to continue his development.
