Demolition follows court order, agency says encroachment on land acquired in 2002

The demolition team, led by an officer designated as OSD and accompanied by the authority’s general manager and police personnel, used seven earthmovers to raze the building after a district court recently rejected a plaintiff’s claim of ownership.
